Booking Conditions

Prospective sim-flight pilots are reminded of the following conditions that apply to booking and use of the flight the Raven Cockpits simulator: 
  1. A maximum weight of 16 stone is permitted.
  2. Clients must be able to enter and egress the cockpit unaided. As a guide, you must be able to climb stairs and get into and out of a bathtub without help.
  3. Minimum age limit is restricted to 14 years.
  4. Party sizes are restricted to four persons.
  5. No pets allowed.
  6. When issued, TBA vouchers are valid for 6 months.
  7. The simulator is not available to book on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  8. A maximum of two cancellations are permitted, after which, a refund of 50% will be made.
  9. Bookings are accepted up to 8 weeks in advance of the proposed date.
